All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the length of stay, booking type, and rate selected. Where applicable, cancellations made outside the permitted cancellation window may result in partial or full loss of the booking payment.
The £150 refundable security deposit will only be refunded if the booking is cancelled in line with the agreed cancellation terms.
By completing a booking, guests agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting CityLuxury Apartments to resolve the issue.
Any chargeback raised without prior communication, where services have been provided as described, may be challenged with evidence including booking confirmations, check-in records, communication logs, and photographs following inspection.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in additional administrative charges where permitted by the payment provider.
